Each person may hold only one active account at 999aqq. Opening multiple accounts — whether under your own name or different identities — is a breach of these Terms and may result in all associated accounts being closed, balances forfeited, and the matter referred to relevant authorities.
When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid contact details, and any other information requested during the registration process. Providing false or misleading information is a serious violation of these Terms.
You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 999aqq account credentials, including your username and password. 999aqq will never ask for your password through email, chat, or phone. You must not share your account access with any other person. All activity conducted through your account — including bets placed and withdrawals made — is your responsibility unless you have promptly reported unauthorized access to 999aqq support.
999aqq is required by Philippine gaming regulations to verify the identity of its players before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds. You may be asked to submit a government-issued ID (UMID, passport, driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method. Failure to complete verification within the required timeframe may result in withdrawal processing being paused until verification is complete.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. 999aqq does not charge fees for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes on average for GCash and Maya. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the recipient bank's processing times. The minimum withdrawal is ₱200. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name — 999aqq does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for 12 consecutive months. 999aqq will notify you by email before any dormancy fees are applied. A monthly maintenance fee of ₱50 may be deducted from dormant account balances after the applicable notice period. Balances of ₱50 or less may be zeroed without separate notice once an account is dormant.
All bets placed on 999aqq are subject to the specific rules of each game type or sport, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules will prevail for that game type.
Once a bet is confirmed on 999aqq, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player unless the platform explicitly provides a Cash Out feature for that specific bet. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of each bet before confirming it. 999aqq is not responsible for bets placed by mistake due to player error.
Bets are settled based on the official result as confirmed by the relevant governing body — the sports league, cockpit authority, or game provider. In the event of a disputed result, 999aqq will use official sources to determine the correct outcome. Settlement decisions made by 999aqq in good faith are final once confirmed.

From time to time, 999aqq offers bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and special events to eligible players. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms in addition to these general Terms. In the event of a conflict, the promotion-specific terms apply.
Under the 999aqq Refer a Friend program, eligible players can earn referral rewards in PHP ₱ for every qualifying friend they introduce to the platform. A qualifying referral requires the referred friend to register a new account, complete identity verification, and make a qualifying first deposit. Referral rewards are credited once these conditions are met and are subject to the specific Refer a Friend terms available on the /refer-a-friend page.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 999aqq platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities:
